Unique among residences, Park Place on Peachtree  (PPoP) reflects the grace and grandeur of Atlanta. Situated on Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead this soaring 40-story, 254-unit building in the innovative Brutalist style was the first modern luxury condominium of its kind in the city. Its iconic octagonal shape was designed to maximize exposure to the outside revealing majestic views of sunrises and sunsets, expanses of greenery, and panoramic cityscapes.     

 

In the summer of 2024 PPoP began its first major interior and exterior renovation which was completed in 2025. The changes include a stunning new porte cochère, amenity lawn, artistic landscaping, and enhanced, resort-style pool area. Newly renovated elevator lobbies display original artwork featuring Georgia artists.
